The incidence of Generalized body aches or myalgias have recently been seen increasing in general population. Since the COVID-19 virus epidemic, there has been worsening of the problem. Few of the common causes are low muscle strength, low immunity, recent weight gain, hormonal imbalance, high fat diet, sedentary life style. Finding the right cause behind it is certainly the smart way to deal with it. Some of the remedies which can help reduce it healthy diet and that too in right proportion, daily or at least 4 times a week exercise or yoga. Brisk walking is also helpful. It is important to keep in mind not to run on hard surface as it may worsen the pain.
